Below I will explain how this is solved, step-by-step:
- Click your start button on the taskbar and select "Control Panel"
- In the Control Panel, double click "Programs and Features" (or Add/remove Programs in Win XP)
- Find Kaspersy in the Progams list and select it by double clicking the icon
- Once you have done that, you should have the above window from which you should select the "Repair" option and from there your problem should be solved!
Also, ensure that your computers date and time are correctly set and you may need to restart your machine after the repair is complete.
